Whether you're a seasoned skier or just starting, these classes provide a comprehensive Pilates experience designed to optimize your physical preparedness and performance on the snow. The class schedule for home preparation is as follows: Class 1 - Standing work Class 2 - Mat work focussing on your core Class 3 - High tempo with arm work Class 4 - Side lying core work Class 5 - Side leg, prone leg and 4pk work Class 6 - All positions covered I also include a quick 10-minute warm-up video routine that be carried out on the slopes before you start your day skiing.
